Course objectives:
|
This course equips students who are interested in topics related to art with English language competence at A2 level according to the Common European Framework for Langauges. The course provides extended vocabulary concerning art and design.

Requirements on student
|
Requirements students are obliged to meet by the end of teaching in the given semester (see the Academic calendar of ZČU), unless specified otherwise in the the course contents, in Moodle and in Google Classroom:
Compulsory attendance - 8 absences max (for both teachers combined)
General English (Sieradzan - Teacher 1) - passing 5 quizzes (min success rate 60 %) in Moodle
Specific English (Hartman - Teacher 2) - 3 Moodle forum submissions

Credit testing consists of a dialogue with Teacher 2 on one of the covered topics.
Students who have a valid international language certificate at the CEFR B2 level or higher may be exempted from the credit requirements for General English Classes (Teacher 1).
